RENT: $1400 + UTILITIES (W/S/G/E + internet = approx. $75 each). Minimum 6-month commitment, then month to month afterwards. Move-in date is flexible, but available now. Normal application form required, including credit-check (NO application fee!).

o Bedroom Furnishings: Full/double – size bed with frame. Bed/nightstand. Full-size dresser.
o Perfect if you’re just moving to town, for students, contract-workers, travel nurse, etc.

o General apartment furnishings: Couch and seating, coffee table, full size/expandable dining table w/chairs. 48” quality LG television. Couple gaming systems. Ample storage.
o Gas Furnace and hot water
o Shared bathroom: standard size/features
o Full kitchen with pretty much all cooking appliances
• complete with all dinnerware/plates and usual utensils, tools, etc.
• New full sets of pots and pans, bakeware, cookware, etc. Everything you need to cook and eat almost anything. Cold brew and French press. Brand new 7-function combo microwave/convention oven. All appliances are stainless and only 2-3 years old. Gas oven/stove. Full-size fridge and gas oven/range – both stainless.
• Tons of cabinet and storage space
o Best feature: Supplementary/annex room that’s perfect for exercise/office/storage space. Generally, split its use 50/50 but if you want to make it a dedicated WFH space we can adjust the rent amounts.

• Apt complex & neighborhood:
o Excellent location! Fremont is one of the city’s best neighborhoods for restaurants and bars, and general atmosphere. Only ½ mile from Fremont’s main strip so it’s close by, but far enough to avoid late-night noise. Within just 2 blocks, there is a great grocery store, a laundromat (there is also a washer/dryer in-building), multiple restaurants, etc. A city park across the street, so neighborhood keeps a good mix of lively but not overly busy or loud.
o Easy access to great neighborhoods, including UW, Fremont, Ballard, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill. Very bike-friendly.
o small rental building/community: 10 units overall. We’re lucky to have great neighbors and great landlord.
o Multiple bus routes and good street parking. Right across from a school and a park, we’re surrounded by only single-family homes and townhouses (no big apartment buildings) so street parking is much better than the rest of Fremont and keeps the immediate surroundings quiet. Multiple bus routes right outside.
o Great views: from the neighborhood in general and out of the unit specifically, with large unobstructed broad windows for a broad view of the city and different neighborhoods
o Very safe unit/building and surrounding area
o Washer and dryer are in a secure room attached to the building
o Easy access to main highways, both Aurora/99 and I-5 and main thoroughfares
o Minutes away from other great neighborhoods/hot spots – Green Lake, Wallingford, and Ballard, Gas Works Park, Woodland Park Zoo, tons of great restaurants

• About me:
o 38-year-old Seattle native. I am a grad student and work part-time which leads to a pretty quiet life, no drugs or partying. Fine with moderate drinking or other green alternatives. Typical Pacific Northwesterner, in that I ski in the winter and try to be in the mountains whenever weather permits or on the water in whatever manner. Between school and work I keep busy but love to get out and explore any new activities I may have missed after spending multiple years living in other cities/states. I enjoy seeing new movies, re-binging TV series, reading, and checking out new happenings in general.

SEEKING:
Seeking reasonably quiet, respectful co-renter/roommate. The unit is great for students, people new-to-town, or semi-temporary or contract workers. If you like being outside or exploring the city that’s a plus. Moderate drinking and/or green alternatives are fine – no big drinkers/partiers. LGBTQIA welcome, no gender preferred.
