Large Master Suite

Our living room this Christmas

I’m a single mother and a working professional with an 11-year-old son whom I am raising on my own. We have a four-year-old miniature schnauzer who loves people and does not shed. We have a large house in Maple Valley in a nice neighborhood. Quiet and safe. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. 3 1/2 bathrooms total. Four bedrooms total. Our front door opens onto a small park, and there are miles and miles of trails all around us. I’m looking for another woman to share our home, I’m willing to give very discounted rent for someone who would be willing to help me with my son weekday mornings or weekday evenings. You would not be a nanny or caregiver, I just want there to be an adult in the home when he goes to school and when he comes home from school. I do not expect both. No drugs, we are not smokers or drinkers other than wine with dinner and the occasional dinner party. We are not loud, and with the exception of my son having a friend over once in a while we rarely have company. It is a safe, quiet, clean place to live.
