Looking for quiet, clean, and responsible roommates to share a beautiful, immaculate one-story home in an excellent, highly convenient location in Federal Way!
We have two spacious, unfurnished private bedrooms available in a well-maintained house. If you have your own furniture, you are more than welcome to bring it! In total, there will be only 3 people living in the house (including the homeowner). Because I work from home full-time, I am looking for roommates who work a full-time job outside the house or are full-time students during the week.

* Extremely close to major supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, public libraries, schools, and restaurants.

Rent Details (Per Room):

* Rent: $950 / month (per room)
* Deposit: $950 (fully refundable)
* Utilities: Shared strictly 1/3 per person (includes electricity, gas, water/sewer, garbage, and high-speed internet).
* Lease Duration: Flexible lease terms available! Open to short-term or long-term arrangements depending on the situation (6-month minimum preferred on profile).

The Rooms:

* Large, unfurnished bedrooms with spacious closets (bring your own bedroom furniture).
* Each room easily fits a Queen-sized bed with extra furniture.
* The two roommates will share one bathroom.

Premium Home Amenities & Shared Areas:

* Parking: Your own designated, private parking space for each roommate (no street parking headaches!).
* Laundry Room: Access to a separate, dedicated laundry room behind closed doors equipped with a washer and dryer (shared among the 3 residents).
* Common Areas: Full shared access to the living room, kitchen, and a comfortable dining room featuring a shared TV in a convenient one-story layout.
* Kitchen & Pantry: Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. To ensure maximum organization, each roommate will have their own assigned cabinets, pantry shelves, and refrigerator space.
* Storage: Dedicated storage space available in the garage and attic for your personal belongings.
* Backyard: Access to a huge, beautiful backyard with a large deck, perfect for relaxing.

House Rules & Environment:
We take pride in keeping an exceptionally clean, peaceful, and organized living environment.

* Single occupancy per room only.
* Daytime guests are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM.
* Strictly NO overnight guests allowed.
* Strictly NO pets allowed under any circumstances.
* Strictly NO smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (neither inside the house nor outside in the yard/deck).
* Must have a full-time schedule (job or studies) outside of the home during the week.
* References and proof of income are strictly required.
