Comfortable room with your own bathroom and living space all on first floor in spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath house. The room has a queen-sized memory foam bed, a dresser, nightstands, wardrobe for hanging clothes, new fridge/freezer and microwave.
Upstairs, you’ll find a big chef’s kitchen, laundry area, dining space, another living room, a guest bathroom, and access to the backyard—all shared areas.

There’s an attached garage, and street parking right in front of the house is easy and convenient.

If having a separate work-from-home spot is something you’d find helpful, let’s chat! We might be able to rearrange things to make that happen.

We're able to accommodate shorter stays as well.
Rent is 1100/mo+utils (typically around $100). The application fee is $48 and is paid by you to TransUnion's "Smart Move" for their background and soft credit check.
