Comfortable furnished first-floor room with a private full bathroom in an updated 3,000 sq ft home. Includes a queen memory-foam bed, dresser, wardrobe, nightstands, large TV, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and light-blocking curtains.

The first floor also has the front entry, a movie room with a 16-ft projection screen, coat closet, and garage access.

Upstairs are the shared kitchen, dining area, second living room, laundry, and backyard. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, giving your space some separation from the rest of the household.

**Deposit: $500 (can be split over the first two months)
**Application fee: $48, paid directly to TransUnion SmartMove for the background check.

About Us
Roomy 1 (42): Works from home supporting a nonprofit and is the household's very loosely defined “manager.” Enjoys paper crafts, embroidery, photography, and Mario Kart. Handles most routine cleaning of shared spaces; everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and keep personal spaces tidy.

Roomy 2 (53, he/him): Works in tech outside the home. Enjoys puzzles, trivia, photography, LEGO, board games, and learning guitar.

Roomy 3 (39, he/him): Works two jobs and is rarely home. Enjoys plants, cooking, photography, racing games, and being outdoors.

The canine: sweet and silly 18-month-old German Shepherd. If you're uncomfortable around large dogs, this probably isn't the right fit. References from previous housemates are available. He isn't comfortable with other furry pets in shared spaces, but a small caged pet kept in your room, such as a reptile or hamster, is okay.

Household Vibe:

We're friendly and respectful, but everyone has their own life and routines.

We keep shared spaces tidy, especially the kitchen. Cook and enjoy your food, but please take care of dishes before leaving for the day or going to bed.

We're looking for someone who works or goes to school outside the home, and is comfortable in a friendly, low-key household.
