Hey there! Welcome to your potential new home! You’d have a cozy first-floor room with your own bathroom and living space in our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath house. The room is super comfortable with a queen-sized memory foam bed, a dresser, and two nightstands. Upstairs, you’ll find a big chef’s kitchen, laundry area, dining space, another living room, a guest bathroom, and access to the backyard—all shared areas.
There’s an attached garage, and street parking right in front of the house is easy and convenient.

If having a separate work-from-home spot is something you’d find helpful, let’s chat! We might be able to rearrange things to make that happen.

We’ve had housemates for over a decade and can provide references. We’re mainly homebodies, but the house is set up so everyone can have their own chill-out space. We like to keep shared areas tidy and enjoy good communication and some friendly sarcasm.

We prefer to rent to a solo occupant, but couples are definitely considered. We’re also able to accommodate shorter stays at $400/week.

No cigarette smoking on the property, please.
We don’t drink much, but you do you!
