Bedroom 1 (Rental option)

Our home is a traditional single-family home with 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and roughly 1800sqft of living space. The property boasts a large yard to provide you with a green space to garden or to lounge about and relax during the hotter months. The house’s first floor is divided into a living room/sun room for lounging and relaxing, a computer space that features a printer, a computer, and a desk for working, a kitchen with plenty of storage, fridge space, and electric stoves, and a lowered den where you can spend your nights watching movies or reading a book! For rental, we offer one of two rooms on the second floor (pictured as the gray and blue rooms), both of which are fully furnished with a bedside desk, a queen-sized bed, and a closet. These rooms face out on the hill below which will give residents a wonderful view of the neighborhood, as well as moody sunsets. These two rooms are next to a bathroom which is solely for the resident during their stay. We also offer a laundry room with a washer and a dryer, as well as parking space out in the driveway.

In terms of location, we are a 17-minute bus ride away from the Federal Way Transit Center, from which you can access the Light Rail to Seattle, Lynnwood, Bellevue, and Redmond. Additionally, from the transit center you will also have access to buses that can take you to High Line Community College or UW Tacoma. Beyond all of this, we are also only a 10-minute drive away from downtown Federal Way for when you want to explore the city!

You will be sharing the house with my parents. My dad works most hours of the day and is only home in the afternoon and weekends. My mom is stay-at-home and is always looking for someone to chat with and cook for! I myself live and work in Seattle but do visit my parents and the property on weekends. My parents mostly keep to themselves so you will have all the space you need, if desired.

We are primarily looking for students but will review any and all applicants!
