Welcome to our home! We are a young couple looking for roommates in a large 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom 4,180 sqrft home. Looking ideally and prefer female roommates (for safety purposes). The home is a modern home, much larger than you typical average older home (was recently built in 2024, so everything is new). The current bedrooms come unfurnished (pictures are for presentation) and are available upstairs with a full bathroom (one private and completely enclosed, and the other, at least for now, separate but currently private - we may rent another room at some later point that may share the bathroom). Aside from us two, there would be one other roomie. This home is located the nicest and most expensive areas of all Federal Way. Rent prices here are typically 50% higher than the majority of surrounding areas due to the lower crime rate and beauty of the parks a few miles down the road (browns point and dash point).
