Short term rental: Spacious house with large room

Looking for a short term stay. This beautiful 1930s tutor includes a large private room and an adjacent private full bath. The room includes a twin bed, night stand, lamp and fan. House also has in-house washer and dyer, AC, mostly stocked kitchen, and some storage. There is a second half bath on the main floor. The house is lightly furnished. Total house size is 2,700 sq feet. Rental largely includes 2,000 square feet of living space between the main level and the second floor. My room is in a finished basement. The yard is a rare gem in Seattle and is terraced. It has downtown and Harbor Island views from the top terrace. It is a short, easy 5 minute walk to the C-Line and immediate access to the West Seattle Bridge. Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, QFC, Starbucks, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more. Parking is in front of the house and is free. Monthly rent (includes utilities) is $1,000 or weekly rent is $300.

I am the home owner, and I work in Seattle. My family is currently living out of state to care for aging family. I travel back fairly often. Hoping to find a roommate who is clean, kind and responsible. Thank you.
