Premiere on Pine 34th floor private bed/bath

Hey everyone! Due to an unexpected relocation to the East Coast, I’m looking for a male in his 20s to take over my spot on a 2B2B lease at Premiere on Pine – a high-rise luxury apartment building centrally located in downtown Seattle.

Move-in: Ideally early January (but flexible). Lease runs through August with option to renew.

The Room: 127 sq ft, 2 closets, private bathroom, mostly furnished: Queen-size bed frame (no mattress), desk, floor lamp, and bedside table included.

The Apartment: 1350 sq ft size! 34th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city/sound. Massive furnished shared living room with couch, 65” OLED TV, high-end dual speakers, and large, modern kitchen.

The Amenities: In-unit washer / dryer, full heating + A/C, gym, super luxurious rooftop deck, pool table, theater room, 24/7 concierge, multiple resident lounges, and more.

The Rent: $1950/mo + utilities. I’ll cover any application / rekey / lease-transfer fees with the building. You will apply through management and be added to the lease for the remaining term.

The Roommate: 22, male, skydiver, fencer, chiller. Clean and respectful, works full-time.

The Location: 9th & Pine – across the street from the Paramount Theatre. Super central – 5 min walk to Cap Hill, 10 min walk to Pike Place and to the Spheres. Light rail, multiple bus lines, restaurants, and bars all within short walking distance.
