Fenced in yard with garden. Queen bed.

I live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house in Des Moines on a dead end street with my girlfriend and 1 child. We have a spare room with a queen bed or a smaller room with a twin bed available. Utilities included are water sewer garbage wifi. Big fenced in back yard allowing for relaxation, grilling, and some gardening freedom if you'd like. One dresser with nightstand, bed, closet, and kitchen access. Sharing meals occasionally. House is empty on many days as I work during the week and girlfriend works every day. Day time hours are generally quiet here. No drugs or smoking. Light alcohol usage is ok but we have a kid! Great for a student. Close to highline college and the red line and about a half mile to a mile from light rail stations.
