Near Des Moines Marina and Beach

My apartment is a few blocks from the DeMoines Beach park and marina. I highly sought after location close to summer concerts and farmers market. It is a quiet complex.

I have a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor with easy access. On the west side of the apartment is a private patio and door to go out to walk. Your bathroom is semi-private as it serves as the guest bathroom but I have my own private bathroom in my bedroom area so I won't use it for myself and I am only there in the evenings since I work full time as a teacher.

I occasionally have my grandson age 4 overnight. I have a 9 year old dog that is very sweet and never barks. Everybody loves her so unless you have allergies she should be an addition to your roommate experience. :-)

The place is nicely furnished. Not a lot of room for storage so mostly you would want to rent this room with the idea of only having your things in your bedroom. There is a large dresser in addition to the closet for clothes and a bookshelf in the bedroom right now.

Someone who works nights or is gone frequently for work or travel would probably be the ideal roommate because I like to have my grandson over but all situations can be considered for sure!

I own a large home in Yakima I travel to frequently. But I am in the process of renting that out soon as having two places is expensive!

My 12 month lease is until August and I will continue it if I stay happy where I am at there. Once we communicate a sincere interest in my room we can arrange to have you come over to meet me and see the place.
