Two rooms for rent in a nice and quiet townhome.

The townhome has three bedrooms upstairs and another one downstairs. I am a 55 year old male, I am the owner, and occupy the master bedroom upstairs, with my wife, who travels a lot. My son, he is 24, and occupies another room on the upper level. So, the room for rent is downstairs and it has its own bathroom. The laundry room is located on the upper level. Wifi and all bills included on the rent, parking on the street. The house has a decent backyard to chill out, and a small gym in the garage, ( which you can use at your own risk) no personal trainer on site. The new roommate will have his/her own fridge, some space for kitchen appliances if needed and some space int he pantry for groceries. We work a lot and are out most of the day. We are respectful, clean, and organized. Ideally, we would like to get a roomie with the same values and lifestyle. Because we will be sharing a living space, we need to be respectful, nice to each-other and respect each-other's boundaries.
