Hello I am Joseph the landlord of this property. I have a good size room available for rent in the Des MoinesRedondo area. The location is very convenient. Close to the SeaTac airport, grocery stores, gyms, fast food etc. The I, I, and Pacific Highway are also just a few minutes away so commuting will be a breeze. We are looking for introverted, polite, quiet and respectful people to live in this house since it is a shared space. NO PETS OR COUPLES ARE ALLOWED. There are bathrooms, a washerdryer, shared kitchen and shared living room. Must be able to clean after yourself and be mindful of others in the house. First and last month rent is required, be able to submit to a backgroundcredit check, and sign a year lease minimum for the room.
