Big spacious West Seattle House seeks third

Hello!

We have a huge 1920s craftsman shared currently with two people. It has a large backyard, three kitties and a budding tomato garden. Two living rooms, 1.75 bath. Spare guest room and a conjoined crafting room we are currently setting up for any artistic project! Decor around the house is described as witchy, modern and matriarchal.

We are located on a safe street with single family homes surrounding in North Delridge area of West Seattle. Perfectly located 2 minutes from the bridge!

We can be described as liberal, funny, hard working, respectful and responsible people who love the arts. Both of us work in logistics and are steady and reliable with rent and bills. Standard utilities are included in rent, but we do aim to be conscientious of energy waste and general garbage waste. We keep normal schedules during the work week and enjoy having close friends over from time to time. We do our own yard work and have ample tools to accomplish so many different goals around the house! We have drills, pressure washers, weed whackers, shovels, Dyson vacuum cleaner, energy efficient washer and dryer, dishwasher, pretty much anything needed to make everything easier! Ask us anything. We are team players!

Please be ready to join us with the chore division. We value accountability and emotional maturity. We have members of the LGBTQ + both living and residing in the house and would prefer someone like minded and or female at this time. No additional four legged furry creatures are desired at this time as we already have three wonderful cats.
