A professional with a stable income who is easygoing, responsible, emotionally mature (regardless of age), respectful and clean with great communication skills. We want common spaces to feel welcoming and comfortable for everyone, so a good understanding of respect for shared spaces & personal boundariesneeds are key. And just generally kind, considerate and friendly without drama. Sorry no pets and no couples.
