A professional with a stable income who is easygoing, responsible, emotionally mature (regardless of age), respectful, and clean with great communication skills. A good understanding of respect for shared spaces & personal boundariesneeds is key. And just generally kind, considerate, and friendly without drama. Sorry, no pets and no couples.
