Available Rooms:
Suite on 3rd floor: Private bath, closet with mezzanine space at $1150/mo including utilities
Two rooms on the first floor that share a bathroom for $900/mo including utilities each. You can also rent both rooms at a discount to have your own bath room and a bedroom + office setup.

About the house:
Living room and kitchen will be furnished so you don't have to worry about purchasing big furniture. The bedrooms are unfurnished.
AC + in-unit washer/dryer.
