Room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Hill. You would share the apartment with me. I am a 50 year old lesbian; I have a sweet little 3 year old kitty named Buffy who’s very friendly with humans. Unfortunately, no other pets allowed at this time. I’m friendly, quiet, and I work evenings. I don’t smoke and I keep common areas clean.

I'm looking for a roommate who is quiet, helps keep common areas clean, and is stably employed and/or a student. This space is great if you are independent and like your privacy.

The room is available now. It is a private room, furnished bedroom with shared bathroom. Apartment is top-floor with expansive views. Currently, rent is $800, due the 1st of each month; Utilities are separate. Internet is $27, and I'm asking a $400 fully-refundable deposit. The apartment’s total square footage is around 700 sq. feet; the room for rent is 128 sq. ft. There is a terrace, wood fireplace, dishwasher, parking spot in uncovered garage, and laundry on-site (4 or 5 steps across the hall). The apartment is carpeted, and the spare bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, 5-drawer dresser, small desk with lamp and swivel office chair, and a nightstand with 3-prong outlets and two USB ports. The bed has a new mattress cover on it. There is a large storage unit in the parking garage below (specs available upon request).
