The Neighborhood
Judkins Park, within the Central District, is one of Seattle's most established and beloved neighborhoods featuring tree-lined streets, longtime family homes, and a genuine sense of place. You're steps from parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and easy access to bus lines and freeway access. Nightlife is quiet; the vibe is residential and rooted. We enjoy easy access to the heart of the city without the noise and churn of urban life.
Some of our favorite walkable spots include Temple Pastries, Standard Brewing, Cheeky Café, and Woodshop BBQ. A block from Yesler puts you steps from the Douglas Truth Library and Pratt Park, with a 15-minute walk to the forested trail into Lake Washington; the neighborhood rewards those who move through it.

The House
Four adults (twenties to forties) and one teenager share this space. We cross paths, share the occasional meal, and genuinely enjoy the people we live with.
We're more interested in knowing who someone is over time than in filling the house with activity. The household values are collaboration, empathy, seeking understanding, and structure; these shape how we navigate shared space and the occasional disagreement.
We've put real thought into what we want every resident to feel, regardless of lifestyle or schedule: safe in the structure, clear on expectations, free within their own space, and noticed; this house has been tended with care and intention, and that tending extends to the people in it.
We're looking for someone stable, self-aware, and already comfortable with shared living; someone who finds it genuinely enjoyable rather than just convenient.
Current pets: one large dog and one cat. Prospective tenants should be comfortable with animals.
