Basement for Rent W/Private Room/Bathroom

Currently My husband and I live in this house. It's a 4bed 2 bathroom house with parking on both sides of house. We have a room and bathroom that is available in October. Its a whole basement for rent with one commen are by back door witch has the laundry room.. It has its own door to come and go as you please. Your own ring doorbell. Share space is the Laundry room witch is right outside the room for rent. And the kitchen is also share space that's located upstairs where we stay. There is a fridge downstairs by Laundry room that is for the tenants that rents the room/basement. There's parking right outside the door that is located downstairs. I have two dogs and a cat so must be ok with them. All utilities are included in the rental. 1400 a month for the whole basement and private room/bathroom and garbage, power, water, internet all included in the 1400 a month. Close to seatac airport and stores. $500 deposit refundable when you move out as long as you leave with everything the way it was when you move in. $1,900 due the day you move in. Unless prorated. Or unless we descuse a payment plan for the depost. Rent due on the 1st of every month. Month to month but there will be a lease. No smoking or drugs. If anymore question don't hesitate to ask. Open to discuss bringing your pet with you as long as it's friendly and you don't have a lot of them. This is a basement so there is a living room and fireplace too that will be all your living area. This basement is currently being rented out by a temporary family that will be gone by Oct at latest possible sooner but listing it as available in Oct for sure. If you don't want to rent the whole basement and only want to rent the room and bathroom then I'll go down too $1,200. But then you won't have access to the whole downstairs witch has a livingroom and fireplace in it.
