Master bedroom female sublet in Cherry Hill/ Central district area!

Looking for someone to sublet my master bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment located in the Cherry Hill / Central District area. The room is very spacious and comes with its own private bathroom and closet. Move-in date is early December(flexible).

You’ll be living with two amazing roommates, both 23 and originally from Illinois:

• Madelyn – works in neuro research, loves hiking, bouldering, and is currently applying to PhD programs.

• Olivia – an ecology student at Seattle University, into weightlifting and crafts like knitting.

Both are super kind, fun, and welcoming (they’re my best friends!), so I’m hoping to find another friendly and social girl who’s looking to join a warm, chill household and maybe even become friends with them.

💰 Rent: $1,125/month — includes all utilities even wifi (a great deal for the space!)

🐱 Pets: Two cats live here (both friendly and well-behaved)

📍 Location: Cherry Hill / Central District – convenient for hospitals, Seattle U, and easy bus access to downtown

📦 Availability: Early December (flexible move-in)
