HOUSEHOLD
Five adults (early 30s–50s) and one teenager share this space. We're a household of artists, healers, and professionals who value shared responsibility. We maintain our space as a reflection of our commitment to each other — clean common areas, cared-for grounds, genuine participation in the life of this house.
We're not a party house, but we're not strangers either: we cross paths, share the occasional meal, and genuinely enjoy the people we live with. Everyone values privacy, personal space, and the kind of easy cohabitation that just works. We're looking for someone grounded in their own work — whether that's study, creative practice, healing work, or professional development — who understands that the care of our shared space is an act of care for our community.
We're interested in someone stable, self-aware, and already comfortable with shared living — someone who finds it genuinely enjoyable rather than just convenient. If you notice something that needs attention around the house, you address it or bring it to us.
Current pets: one large dog and two cats. Prospective tenants should be comfortable with animals.
NEIGHBORHOOD INFO
Judkins Park, within the Central District, is one of Seattle's most established and beloved neighborhoods featuring tree-lined streets, longtime family homes, and a genuine sense of place. You're steps from parks, coffee shops, restaurants, the Douglas Truth Library, and easy access to bus lines, the Judkins Park Link light rail station, and freeway access to I5 and I90.
Nightlife is quiet; the vibe is residential and rooted. We enjoy easy access to the heart of the city without the noise and churn of urban life.
Some of our favorite walkable spots include Temple Pastries, Standard Brewing, Cheeky Café, Woodshop BBQ, and several parks as well as a straight shot to Lake Washington.

This house has a purpose: to be a safe, grounded base for people doing their work in the world. If you're looking for a place where genuine participation, authenticity, and shared intentionality matter — a safe harbor while you do your work — we'd love to hear from you.
Please tell us a little about yourself and what you're looking for in a place to live. Here are a few "prompts" but feel free to share anything interesting:
Why do you want to live in a shared house?
How do you spend your time?
What are you excited about in life?
Any allergies that might affect your comfort in an older building?
What are some movies, binge-worthy shows, artists, or books that you like?
