Room Available in 4BR House in Capitol Hill!

Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease in a 4-bedroom house in the Capitol Hill/Stevens neighborhood. Move-in is flexible, ideally sometime between late November and January, and the current lease runs through August 2027.

You'd have your own full bedroom downstairs and share a full bathroom. Upstairs is a shared office/studio space that you are welcome to use (as well as a 1/2 bath). We are LGBTQ+ friendly, welcoming of animals, and enjoy being social but also are comfortable with living independently and coexisting quietly! We can go either way depending on what you need and what feels most comfortable. Both roommates are 22 years old, female, and work full-time.

Sometimes we will do puzzles together, watch shows, do movie nights, host dinners, and other fun activities if our schedules allow for it!

- In-unit laundry in garage

Utilities not included in rent - tenants split utilities (utilities + base rent brings monthly expense to be between 1,300 - 1,450)

This would be an official lease takeover/roommate change through the property management company, so the new tenant would need to meet their rental criteria and be approved.
