Quiet Bedroom + bathroom for rent Capitol Hill

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my Capitol Hill apartment starting October 1, with an earlier prorated move-in available anytime after September 20.
The apartment is $1,200/month, month-to-month, and no deposit is required. It’s a spacious, furnished, recently remodeled 1,200 sq ft apartment for just the two of us, about two blocks from the Capitol Hill light rail station, so it’s super easy to get to UW or downtown.
You’ll have your own private bathroom, in-unit laundry, and we have an extra room for storage or an office. There’s also a bike room, free permitted street parking, or a private garage for $150/month.
I’m 30, from Seattle, and a UW Foster School of Business student. I’m friendly and social but also like having a peaceful, comfortable home. I have two very sweet and friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable with cats. I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces.
