$1716/ month is inclusive of all utilities/wifi. Security deposit of $400 is needed and will be refunded as long as there is no damage to furniture/appliances in unit. Sublet available anytime from 11/19 to 1/19 (1 full month ideal, flexible for extending the dates longer).

Appliances include an electric stove, central heating (no A/C), and a shared building washer/dryer in the basement. Apartment is spacious enough for 1-2 people and includes all furniture pictured (I can leave cooking/cleaning items if requested) and will remove all my personal items (clothes, shoes, etc.).
