Looking for a housemate to share my 1 1/2 bath home in North Burien/Seattle. Responsible adult who is LGBT or very LGBT friendly (I'm a transwoman). . Main bath is yours with exeption that I will need to use for showering.

Laid-back enviroment with large fenced backyard, and covered patio. It's an older house on a non-through street. I have a small very loving cavalier spaniel and a freindly kitten. I moderately use alcohol and edibles but we are a non-smoking household.

High speed internet, water and garbage is included, we recycle. Our laudry room has a high-end washer and dryer, and folding table. There is off-street driveway parking and only one step to front porch.

The location is on the Burien-Seattle border, so typically 15-18 minutes to Sea-Tac, and about 18 minutes to Alki Beach.
