Lookin to share my 2 bedroom apartment
Renting clean, semi-furnished 120 square foot room with queen-sized bed, 2 night stands, and large closet.
Available for 6 month rent (can be extended), room can be unfurnished if needed.

we will be sharing common areas like Kitchen and living room

$1000 monthly, all utilities are included. The earliest availability is April 1st. First and last month rent required.

This apartment has on-site laundry room (about $5 per load), on site parking, and a balcony.

No pets allowed. Smoking is ok on the balcony or out the front door.

Great location with easy access to downtown Burien, downtown White Center, Seatac Airport, Southcenter Mall, light rail. All about 10 minutes away! Closest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk. If you are a flight attendant or work at the airport, I am located very close to the employee parking lot.

About me: gay single man, I work quite often and not home during the day. I am a clean and respectful person and looking for someone similar.
