Room for Rent in House

We’re looking for new housemate in our 4-bedroom house. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, with quick access to shopping & groceries, public transportation routes nearby, and downtown Seattle within a 10-minute drive.

The room is available beginning March 1st. Monthly rent is $1,100 for one of the upstairs bedrooms - an 18’x12’ bedroom with two closets and a full private bathroom. The house itself has plenty of cupboard, pantry, and fridge space in case you like to cook; and though the garage is currently being used to storage items and supplies, our driveway is extra long and should be able to accommodate any sized car or truck for safe off-street parking.

We currently split the utilities equally among all 4 residents (which is a variable monthly amount, separate from monthly rent); and these include: water, sewer, garbage, natural gas (for the heating system, central AC, and kitchen range), electricity, and internet.

The rest of the people in the house include one mid-20s woman and two mid-20s men. Everybody works a standard Monday-Friday 8am-5pm job, so there aren’t many disruptions going on in the evenings. We all get along, but generally keep to ourselves due to different interests like MMA, live music, bars & restaurants, videogames, etc. The house generally stays quiet unless we all decide to get together to do something. It’s fine to bring your guests over of course, but we don’t like to host giant parties or anything like that.
