Hi! We are searching for a fourth roommate to join our lovely little Seattle home in the University District/Ravenna area! You'll have the whole basement level, which has its own closet and full bathroom. It is VERY spacious and offers a lot of privacy. Previous roommates have especially loved that it stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer!

❀ ABOUT OUR HOME:
Our lovely little house is in a beautiful, quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. We are a couple minutes' walk from Met Market and the Burke Gilman trail, plus a handful of local cafes and pubs, and a 10-20 minute walk from Union Bay, Ravenna Park, and U Village. There is a Safeway, QFC, local produce and farmer's markets, and PCC nearby as well.

We are also close to several bus lines and Link stations and our home is incredibly convenient for anyone commuting to UW! The house itself has a massive garage (tons of storage space), in-unit dishwasher + washer & dryer, and is never short on free street parking. Our yard is large and vibrant, with homemade garden boxes and plenty of hammock/lounge spots.

❀ ABOUT US:
Kathryn (F 24) is a Seattle native who works in environmental conservation. She loves to craft, walk dogs, thrift, and be outdoors. She loves to binge a good tv show and is excited for some cozy Seattle weather!

Tatum (F 22) grew up on the east side and is moving back to Seattle after living abroad. She works at a horse ranch and a cafe, and hopes to pursue her career in neuroscience. She loves being with friends, cooking (especially for others), writing, sewing, and being outdoors! She's excited to explore more of Seattle and is always in for a spontaneous adventure.

Alexis (F 23) is currently working at a lab in microbiology. She likes reading, going on walks, playing games and crafting! She is friendly and enjoys having chats. She also has a cat named Neptune who loves pets and plenty of attention!

We’re looking for someone in their 20s who is clean, responsible, and chill. This year we’re excited to do a lot of cooking/baking and binge some TV shows together. We’d be excited to hang out with you but are also totally fine to give you privacy! The house is alcohol friendly (no indoor smoking), and while we aren't big partiers, we love having little gatherings and going out together. Alexis and Tatum are especially passionate about intricate theme parties and Halloween. We cannot take any more pets unfortunately. We are a queer-friendly household and would be open to considering couples on a case-by-case basis.

We are looking for someone to sign onto our lease for October 1st, 2025 - August 1st, 2026 (10 months total). At this time we are not considering shorter stays. The security deposit is only ~half of monthly rent ($743), however there is a lease fee of $290. See last photo for general financial info!

Monthly rent is $1350, or $1650 for couples.
