Looking for someone interested In taking over my part of a lease in Broadview/Greenwood Neighborhood. 10 minutes from northgate link station and the bus runs to downtown right out front of complex.

Rent is 1995 altogether, ~998 individually.

•open and covered assigned parking for $50-75 per month depending on preference.

•living room and kitchen will stay furnished with flexibility to include whatever you bring(:

•Ample storage space in unit with option to get onsite additional storage unit within the complex.

About your potential roommate: an LGBTQ friendly male roommate with two friendly cats that mostly stick by his side. He works with coffee, has got a group of friends he games with, keeps shared spaces clean, and is happy to hang out but respectful of space. He’s a great roommate, very much wants to make the place a safe space for everyone involved- I have to move to help out family for rather personal reasons, if not for my personal life situation, I’d stay.

move in as soon as possible, lease ends august 31st with option to renew.
