Hello, I am the owner looking for a professional roommate. I work weekdays Mon-Fri. My condo is beautifully located in Downtown Bothell within steps of the Sammamish River. You would have your own bedroom with 100% use of the guest bathroom where you can store all your toiletries. And 100% use of entire unit.(kitchen, living areas and small deck) Have indoor washer & Dryer. Condo is a corner unit on the 3rd floor. I occupy the master bedroom with my own bathroom. You’d have one parking space in our secured underground parking garage. I am a happy person who is easy going and accepting and respectful of all people. There is no room in my life for hate. I fully respect a person’s privacy regarding their room where I would never enter. Happy to answer any questions you may have
