The condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, located in the downtown core of Bothell. 10 minute walk to the UW Bothell campus; 10 minute walk to the Bothell Park and Ride. You would have a reserved parking space inside the complex. Your private bedroom looks toward a grove of trees and your private bathroom has a toilet, sink/mirror, and tub/shower. Your bedroom has blackout drapes and a double-door closet. During the summer, I have two portable air conditioners that keep the condo cool during hot days.

I am a single man, a quiet person, homebody, and retired. I have an 8 year old yellow Labrador who is friendly and crate-trained; he is in the crate when I am not at home.

Internet and utilities are all covered. I ask a roommate to be conscientious of their noise and to help keep our common areas clean.
