We have a room opening up in our house and are looking for a third person to join us on a new year-long lease starting April 4th. The home is a great duplex in a convenient spot—about 10 minutes from the Microsoft campus and 15 from downtown Bellevue. My roommate and I are both in our mid-20s working in software, and when we aren't working, we’re usually at the gym, gaming, or hanging out with friends.

The house itself is in great shape, and we've been here for two years. We have a solid relationship with our landlord who lives in the unit upstairs. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one of us, and while parking isn't covered, there’s plenty of space for you car if you have one. Utilities include internet and usually run a bit under $100 a month. Just a heads up that the lease doesn't allow for pets or smoking.
