HOME: A large top floor MASTER room with private BATH in this 3-bedroom townhome 7 minutes from Downtown Seattle. You would get your own private bathroom (on upper floor). All utilities included. Enjoy easy access to any part of the city with the Light Rail, bus stops, and Highway 90 just blocks away. You will be living with twp roommates and a well behaved small hypoallergenic Yorkie puppy. 

Residence has fresh new paint throughout and new floors in the furnished common space and comes with kitchen essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. Parking is on a first-come first served basis with residential parking nearby. 

ROOMATES: You will be sharing the space with two male working professionals in their late 20s and mid-30s. IDEAL candidate would be a roommate who works full-time from their offices or workspace 5 days a week and has a social calendar on the weekends. One roommate works for the City of Seattle and teleworks 2-3 days a week. The other roommate is a medical professional whose works off-site with an alternating schedule and his room is in the basement with a separate entrance. 

NEIGHBORHOOD: Ideal location. Located in a quiet and safe North Beacon Hill neighborhood, this townhome is located minutes from Downtown. The Light Rail Station, I-90, and bus stops are all just blocks away. Tons of dining options and nightlife nearby with access to grocery stores (QFC, Safeway), Rite Aid for daily necessities. Lots of parks, museums, and other entertainment areas nearby. 

YOU (IDEAL): LGBTQIA and pet friendly. Full-time single professional who holds a steady job and can pay rent on time. Prefer 6-12 month lease. Background check and first month deposit required.
