Greenwood bedroom w/ private bathroom

Hi! My name is Michael and I’m a restaurant/hospitality industry professional here in Seattle. I’m looking to rent the second bedroom of my new (2026) townhouse in Greenwood. The space is available Monday August 24, 2026. Monthly rent is $1600 and includes utilities. Security deposit is one month’s rent and is fully-refundable at end of lease.

About me: I’m an outgoing, open-minded, and silly music, nature, and culinary arts lover. I try to keep things tidy and consider myself to be very considerate of others in a shared space. Due to my work I have a pretty packed life and while I love to go out and catch a concert, I also need my recharge time so I am trying to keep this a pretty mellow space.

About you:
- tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces
- looking to sign a 1 year lease
- pet-free (I have some allergies sadly)
- strong credit, income, and rental history
- ideally work on-site (shared are is not set up for a desk, but a desk could fit in your bedroom)

Quick specs on your new space:
- Bedroom is 15’ x 9’ with tons of natural light and electric heat

- Bathroom is 9’ x 4.5’ with electric heat

- Walk-in closet is 9’ x 2’

Here’s the rest:
- I’ve fully furnished the second floor living room, kitchen, and bathroom. This level is also air conditioned. It’s a music lover or a cook’s paradise - perhaps both! With regard to the hi-fi system 🎵- I do have it set up for headphone listening so everyone can have some peace and quiet 🤫 as far as internet is concerned I have gigabit speed service 🏃🏻‍♂️

- The rooftop has a patio with views that include: the Sound, Space Needle, Mt Rainier, Olympic and Cascade Ranges! My plan is to set up a full grilling and dining area there this fall.
