Very walkable to downtown Ballard, golden gardens, Ballard locks, and very accessible public transportation. The basement has a living room and bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. There is also your own private entrance and dedicated parking. The only things that are shared are the kitchen, storage space and laundry area. The lease is 6-7 months. We are an lgbtqia+ household and are extremely respectful, kind, fun and inclusive low key people looking for the same on all levels! No pets, no babies, no smoking, need to have a stable income/job. If you are a couple rent will be 1600 if you are single then we will split the rent evenly. One of us works from home so boundaries are also very important to us:)
