Looking for someone to co-sign a lease with, either at my house located in Northern Redmond or find another house to move to.

If you were to move into my current house, you'll have 2 rooms + 1 garage space + spacious living room. The split will be 50/50 on deposit + monthly lease + utilities. So for almost 1,000 sq ft space, you'll be paying $2,125 + utilities. Your space will be unfurnished. You're welcomed to move in as soon as the next few days if there's an agreement. If you're looking to rent just 1 room, price is negotiable too.

My housing situation now: I'm currently living in a nice & modern 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house in Northern Redmond (near Sunrise Elementary School). 2 car garage. Washer & dryer on site. Monthly lease is $4250 + utilities. Deposit is one month payment. Beautiful neighborhood with many families and walkers. My prior co-leasee moved out. Current lease ends 5/31/2026. The pictures shown is the current house.

Alternatively, if you want to look for another place together, I'm open to that. My search criteria: a house, located in Bellevue, Redmond, or Kirkland, with a garage, and at least 800 sq ft space for myself.
