Empty nester looking for a 45+ yr female roommate to share a furnished house in a very quiet, over 45+, gated community. The community is for adults over 45 yrs only. Property is gated and has a pool.

I am 60 and work full time in the medical field.
Roommate will need to clear credit, background check and quick interview to see if we are a good fit.

2 bedroom 2 bath home
Renter’s bedroom is furnished with twin bed but can be removed if preferred.
Private connecting bathroom.
1 large standing bookshelf,
3 large Under the bed drawers and a
closet with mirrored door.

Lots of exercise equipment available to use
Washer & dryer
Parking available just across the street for a small fee to the community.

I love small dogs
If you have a dog under 15 lbs, your pet would be welcome provided he/she passes the friendly test.
