Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a fourplex, this apartment offers easy access to I-5, Highway 18, Highway 67, bus lines, stores, restaurants, and the Supermall, all within two miles. The cul-de-sac is quiet, and the neighbors in the fourplexes and nearby duplexes are friendly. Over the years, we've built a close-knit community and look out for each other. Off-street parking is available if you have a car. The room is spacious, well-lit, and freshly painted. It has a small desk and chair, a comfy chair and ottoman, small dresser, a wall mounted LG Smart TV with active Amazon Firestick providing cable, I can provide a Twin size foundation without a mattress if needed. It includes a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves and ample hanging space on both sides with plenty of room for extra storage like boxes. The room is available for one adult only with No Pets. I do have a sweet, spoiled four-year-old lop-eared rabbit named Churro. He’s full of personality and often comes out to say hi and see what's going on. Everyone loves him. I’m generally quiet but enjoy listening to music daily while I do chores. My taste spans all kinds of genres and eras. I love gardening and have several plants inside, on the balcony, and outside. I don’t have many visitors, just my sons, who visit a few times a year, and occasionally a worker or caregiver who comes by a few times a week to help me. The following is included in rent, water, cable, garbage, wifi, sewer, and most of the household supplies like dish soap, TP, cleaning supplies, etc... We split the Electricity bill usually due around the 15th of each month. You must be reliable, references required, as well as a background check before approval. You will need to fill out an application which I can send to you via email or text. After the proper screening is complete a decision can be made. There is no drinking in the home but friendly outside, should have good personal hygiene, keeps the room clean and free of odors, and and is respectful in shared areas by cleaning up after yourself and leaving things in the same condition they were in. My home is a friendly, respectful, and drama free home and I'm looking for someone who values the same. I've lived here for several years and have had very few visitors and I truly value the peacefulness and safety I have here. The rent is $875 per month, with a $300 non-refundable fee and a $200 refundable security deposit for damages or unpaid bills, totaling $500. These are due before or at key exchange on move-in day.
