Short walk to bus route and less than a mile to shopping centers (groceries, entertainment, shopping, delicious food places within walking distance such as, The Rock Wood Fire Pizza, Starbucks, Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Haggens, Sushi, McDonald's, Legendary Donuts, Chicken Teriyaki, Subway, Puerto Vallarta Restaurant, etc...) 5 miles from Green River Campus and students welcomed. Property protected by ADT to ensure the safety of all roommates.

All utilities are included with rent payment, such as WI-Fi, high-speed internet, water, gas, electricity, heat, and fully equipped laundry room.

**Roomates often keep to themselves in their own space and looking for similar like minded people. Also, this is a quiet household. I ask any social gatherings events/parties to not be at the house for the respect of the current tenants. Fast internet if your a gamer or like to stream. Light kitchen usage preffered.**

If you are interested in staying here in the future, please contact me and we can schedule a house & room tour/reserve move in date. In order to guarantee a move in date/key, tenants must pay first & last + security deposit. (Or work out arrangements with me to ease your transition. Ex: I can lower upfront first and last month rent or wave part of the security deposit to make it an easier transition for you)
