Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, starting sometime in late May or early June. We're looking for a female, preferably in their 20s. You would have your own room and bathroom, the bathroom just isn't connected to the room itself. The lease ends August 31st, 2026. My roommate, who you'd be living with, has a cat who is such a little love bug.
The property consists of: an upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, a cozy electric fireplace, and as for utilities it includes a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.
You would also have access to the clubhouse, which features a large room with a kitchen and pool table to rent out for private parties, access to a full gym and a brand-new seasonal pool and spa. This unit itself is located just off road 68.

• Duration: June 1st-August 31st **if you would like to discuss late May, we're open for that.
As mentioned, there is a cat, so you would need to be okay with that. Please message me if you're interested!!
