Corner room - 11' by 13'

Private, unfurnished 11′ × 13′ bedroom available now in my shared home in Vancouver, WA. Rent is $950/month for one person or $1,300/month total for a couple. Utilities and internet are included.

You’ll have shared use of the kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard, covered patio, hot tub, and seasonal cooling pool. The hall bathroom is shared with another housemate and occasional guests. Driveway parking is available.

I travel regularly and am looking for a dependable, independent housemate who will treat the home with care. We’ll discuss and agree on a few specific household tasks in advance, especially for times I’m away: mowing, watering the lawn and plants, handling the garbage and recycling bins, and basic hot-tub care.

This is also a dog-boarding home. Visiting dogs are sometimes here, and there may be several during busy periods. One compatible dog of your own may be considered, with $50/month pet rent and a $250 refundable pet deposit. No cats, please.

The home is LGBTQ+- and 420-friendly. In warm weather, the private backyard patio and hot-tub area may be clothing-optional, usually during the summer. Participation is entirely optional.

All applicants must complete an application and background check and provide rental and character references. For couples, each adult must submit a separate application, complete a background check, and provide references.

The $1,000 security deposit may be paid in installments if needed, but at least $500 must be paid before you receive access to the home. Full prorated rent for the first month is also due before move-in; we can agree on a schedule for the remaining deposit balance.
