Peaceful Home to Share

Non Smoking, Pet Friendly Roommate sought.

I am looking to find a peaceful, responsible roommate who would like to co-create a healthy and enviromentally friendly home.
Short term considered, Long term preferred. My current roommate will be staying through Nov 7.

Your potential new home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the ground floor, with lots of big trees and room for a garden on the large patio. We'll have an in home, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and just about every kitchen appliance you can think of. The kitchen is pretty complete, but room can be made if you have some favorite equipment.

You would have your own bedroom, 12'4" x 10'4" partially furnished with bookcases & bed. You have your own bathroom with tub and shower. 

Share with one mature, holistically inclined, quiet, slightly nerdy, female health professional who loves both Hogwarts and Hobbits, and 2 friendly indoor cats. I'm semi-retired and I work from home-the third bedroom is used as a part-time office.

Home is a haven to me, so I'm looking for minimal parties and minimal overnight guests. 

You must be able to pass a background check and be able to provide proof of income and references.
