Peaceful Home to Share

Non Smoking, Pet Friendly Roommate sought.

I am looking to find a peaceful, responsible roommate who would like to co-create a healthy and enviromentally friendly home.
Short term considered, Long term preferred. . 

Your potential new home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the ground floor, with lots of big trees and room for a garden on the large patio. We'll have just about every amenity you can think of in home, including a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, built in microwave, and a Vitamix. The kitchen is pretty complete, but room can be made if you have some favorite equipment.

You would have your own bedroom, 12'4" x 10'4" partially furnished with bookcases & bed and your own private bathroom with tub and shower. 

Share with one mature, spiritually inclined, quiet, slightly nerdy, female health professional and 2 friendly indoor cats. I'm semi-retired and I work from home-the third bedroom is used as a part-time office.

Home is a haven to me, so I'm looking for minimal parties and minimal overnight guests. 

You must be able to pass a background check and be able to provide proof of income and references.
