Roomy closet, enough that you can skip the dresser
Comfortable space for a bed and nightstand

Here's the deal:

$1,200 a month, all in. Utilities, wifi, and parking included
One flat payment, no chasing bills
Unfurnished
Month to month, so there's room on both sides if life shifts

Here's us:

A couple, I'm 30 and my girlfriend's 22, plus two cats
Outdoorsy and social. Hiking, biking, on the water when the weather allows
Out most weekends, so the house is usually quiet during the day
Clean, low drama, mindful of shared space

Now the relaxed part. You don't have to be our new best friend. If you want to come along on the outdoor stuff, we'd like that. If you'd rather keep to yourself and just want a calm place to land after work, that's just as good. Since it's the three of us and the cats under one roof, fit matters to us, so we like to actually talk through living styles before anyone commits.

One heads up: two cats live here, so it won't work if you're allergic. We're not adding more animals, but if you've got a pet, say so and we can talk it through.
