One bedroom for rent in Salmon Creek apt

My roommate and I are looking for one roommate in our nice, luxury 3-bedroom apartment. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse and is incredibly spacious. Apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and the entire apartment was recently remodeled. The bathroom will be shared with one other person (Kevin). There is also a balcony and in-house washer & dryer.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized and courteous of others. You must also be okay with dogs (there are two dogs in the apartment, 1 French bulldog (Kevin’s dog) and 1 American staffy (Mason’s dog)). We unfortunately cannot allow anymore pets because of the 2 pet maximum per apartment rule that exists here. The complex provides residents with access to a gym, pool, small sauna, tennis court, dog park and a resident lounging/work area.

Rent is split 40-30-30, with Mason paying the highest rent for the master bedroom. Utilities are separate from $705 monthly rent. Deposit will be returned in full upon move out. Feel free to inquire about a tour of the place!

I (Kevin, 33) am a mental health therapist and Mason (27), my roommate, is a physical health therapist. We are both professionals and very active. Both of us work full-time and are out of the apartment much of the day.
