I’m just trying to find a replacement for my room!
There is currently 3 other people living here- 2 people are downstairs and they stay pretty secluded down there as they have their own living space- they just come up occasionally to use the kitchen! Then there’s 2 people upstairs (me and the homeowner) with another living area, dining area and kitchen. Got a bathroom that you’d share with one other person. (when said other person moves in- eventually) so technically you’ve got a bathroom to yourself!
Everyone stays to themselves for the most part! We do occasionally have game nights! But other than that the house is very quiet and clean and in a great neighborhood! Rent would be $700 a month and utilities range from $80-$120 depending on usage- utilities include wifi, water, trash and electricity! There is 2 cats and a dog in the household
