The Rooms

1. Master Bedroom — $950/mo: The largest of the three at about 228 sqft, with a private full bathroom and a roomy walk-in closet (~57 sqft). Upstairs, freshly painted, carpeted. Great for someone who wants maximum privacy and their own bathroom.

2. Mid-Size Bedroom — $850/mo: About 149 sqft with its own closet, freshly painted, carpeted, located upstairs. Shares the full hallway bathroom with just one other housemate.

3. Small Bedroom — $750/mo: A cozy 112 sqft upstairs room with its own closet, freshly painted and carpeted. Shares the full hallway bathroom with just one other housemate. Budget-friendly option with everything included.

What's Included in Rent
All utilities are bundled into your monthly payment — water, electricity, trash, and high-speed internet. One flat payment, no separate bills to worry about.

The Neighborhood
Mountain View is a quiet, well-kept residential area in Vancouver, WA. You'll be conveniently located between I-5 and I-205, making commutes to Portland or around Vancouver quick and easy. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks are all nearby, and C-TRAN public transit is accessible from the neighborhood. Plus, living on the Washington side of the river means no state income tax — a nice perk if your job is in Oregon.

About Our Resident Animals

If you have pet allergies or simply aren't comfortable around animals, this probably isn't the right home for you.

House Rules
1. Single occupancy only — rooms are not suitable for couples
2. No overnight guests at any time
3. Minimal visitors — please keep visits brief and occasional
4. No parties or loud gatherings
5. Quiet household — be mindful of noise levels
