Looking for a roommate, preferably a female, laid back individual that is easy going willing to help out with chores of the house.

Kitchen has a set of cookware and silverware if you would like to use but you can bring own if you want to.

Room comes with a mini fridge for use during lease.

Currently have two dogs they get along well with others, we currently have a roommate with a cat and she keeps them in her room.

No smoking in the home but outside is ok.

No illegal drugs allowed.

This is a shared bathroom with one person. Between the two people expectation is every other week take turns cleaning the bathroom. Shared toilet paper and cleaning supplies with that person.

Washer and dryer in home. AC also in home.

Everyone is chill, easy going for the most part, and everyone kind of does our own thing but open to hanging out if wanted.
