It is a double lot front and back yard mostly fenced. Close to WSU as well as easy access to I-5 and 205. Quite and peaceful. Hard wood floors with newly painted walls inside and out. Private driveway with plenty of parking.
As of now it is me & one other. I’m in my 40s quite and generally easy going keep to myself. Work 60+ hours a week and spend most of my frew time out with friends.
