Looking for roomie - private bedroom!

We live on the 3rd floor of a cute apartment with a pretty view of the nextdoor property’s field and a little balcony. You would be taking over our previous roommate’s room (duh) as she is moving out. The master bedroom and an identical room to the one you would be occupying are filled by us 2, Des and Ocean! You would be sharing the bathroom in the hall with me, Ocean. I like to keep this space clean so it is important to me that you would too. Our apartment is furnished but the bedroom will not be. We live in a gated apartment complex with some little trails, picnic tables, and BBQs. There is also a clubhouse with a gym, pool table, hot tub, and an outdoor pool. You will have to complete an application/background check with the property as well as provide proof of employment/income or credit (or a willing cosigner). The property name is Stonebridge Crossing. Feel free to look up the website to gauge a bit more. Rent would be $820 (including utilities) + around $35 a month for electricity = $855. We are hoping to find someone by April 1st. You would be signing our current lease lasting until 8/31/26. (Also, kitchen looks a bit cluttered as we are re-organizing as roommate moves her stuff).
It is REALLY important to us that our roommate is someone who wants to be friends or at the very least, have friendly interactions. We don’t have to be in each other’s presence or business 24/7, but we want the dynamic to have “sleepover vibes” in Des’ words. We like to hangout here and there. EX: go on errand or coffee runs together, make dinner, or watch shows together. If you are someone who solely keeps to yourself and has no interest in being friends with your roommates, we won’t be a good fit for you. Des and I also like to have a “sharing is caring” mindset. We are not stingy when it comes to appliances/food/household products as long as there is open communication and consideration there. We want to foster a living environment that is safe, comfortable, and where we can all rely on each other.
