Looking for roommate

Hello, my name is Ella. I’m a 25 year old trans woman with a nearly two year old toddler. I’m looking for someone to fill my roommate’s spot as they are leaving mid March. I have 3 cats and a toddler who will lives with me about half the time. Ideally seeking LGBTQ roommates around my same age but willing to consider anyone.

The room itself is medium sized. It’s 10 x 12 feet with a decent closet. the room will be cleaned and pictures updated after it’s cleared out. There’s one shared bathroom.

The apartment is near a large park and within walking distance of mill plain and a bus stop. There’s laundry on site and parking on the street. There’s also a pool on the complex. There’s a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
